Albert Frey was the master architect and served as builder of this mid-century residence in Palm Springs. The Watt Family of Palm Springs were the buyers of the property in 1947 and have remained the stewards since that time. Ralph Watt was highly regarded in Palm Springs and thus the stadium at Palm Springs High School bears his name.
