Movie Colony East

Curbside looks from this Movie Colony East home are a head turner not only from the outside but even more so once you step inside. Originally built in 1947 the original California cottage was expanded to include an open kitchen and large great room creating the Contemporary Spanish feel.  The more formal intimate living area has a gas fireplace with views to the zen yard and picturesque mountains and there is another area off of the living room which is currently set up as a work station and reading area, again with great views.  The master bedroom with private bath has double sinks and walk in shower.  Two other bedrooms in the same wing share a bath. On the North side of the house is another bedroom with bath that is doubling as an office.  The  light filled great room greets you with walls of glass to the East and West and you will discover the sun drenched solar heated pool and spa on one side and a grassy area with fruit trees, covered patio and bbq area on the other.
