Kevin Totems

Kevin started his professional career as a teacher in Denver, Colorado, where he grew up. In the five years spent teaching, he honed key strengths such as communication, adaptability, mental agility, and problem-solving. These skills now help him plan and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for his clients.

In 2024, Kevin moved to Palm Springs and quickly fell in love with the valley as he began his real estate career. Kevin admires the region’s thriving communities, beautiful art and architecture, relaxed pace of life, and gorgeous mountain views. One of Kevin’s favorite aspects of the Coachella Valley is its diversity—there are so many unique communities, making it easy for everyone to find a place where they truly belong.
