Little Tuscany

Named by Alvah Hicks, who built seven Tuscany-inspired homes in 1934, Little Tuscany is known for its boulder outcroppings and elevated vistas of the valley. Notable homes in this neighborhood include the May House, Edris House, The Dr. Franz Alexander House and the Kramer House. Here you will find many creative and interesting homes build during the 50s and 60s. Notable past residents include Howard Hughes, Elvis Presley and Jayne Mansfield.
