With nearly 20 years of real estate experience, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to PS Properties. Gary began his real estate career in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beach markets in 2005 where he focused primarily on luxury estates and condominiums in some of the most exclusive private communities in coastal Southeast Florida.
In 2013 Gary earned his broker’s license while applying his sales and marketing expertise primarily to brand new luxury development communities from pre-construction to groundbreaking through completion and sellout.
Gary was recruited by ONE | Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014. His sales achievements contributed to the successful groundbreaking and completion of Miami’s iconic ONE THOUSAND MUSEUM: the late Zaha Hadid’s first residential tower in the Western Hemisphere.
Prior to his career in real estate, Gary was an actor/singer in Tony-award winning Broadway shows including the original casts of Kiss of the Spiderwoman, and the 25th Anniversary revival of Fiddler on the Roof with Topol.
Gary’s proven track record of representing luxury real estate buyers and sellers, developers, equity stakeholders, world renowned architects and designers across international markets is a bonus to the PS Properties team.
