Spring is our most favorite time of year in Coachella Valley. With the winter rain and snow in the mountains gone, the sun is shining and the desert is full of life with our desert plants blossoming with vibrant color.
Also the Valley is buzzing with activity and seems to spring to life as well. We have everything from The White Party, to national professional tennis and golf tournaments, as well as film festivals, culinary feasts and so much more. The Valley is beautiful and full of life right now.
This spring it seems another segment has come to life as well, and that is the real estate market. After the “great recession†of the past few years, we have reduced inventory, homes are selling at a quicker pace, and home prices are increasing. It is refreshing to experience this new activity after the long winter of the great recession.
